  16. It should be mail@phase5.de , BUT they do not reply to my messages sent
  17. to this address. I have sent 3*fax, 3*snailmail and recieved one response
  18. after several months of waiting. I'm now trying the email address, as
  19. the response did not include all requested information. With no luck
  20. so far.. I'm not impressed with the support for their prodocts in my A4000.
